At Zoe Techno, we believe that experience gained elsewhere is not a requirement — it's what we teach you here that matters. Our internship programme is built on the conviction that the right attitude and the right training produce better professionals than years of conventional work experience ever could.
We do not base our selection on experience obtained from other companies or institutions. We start fresh and build from within — our way, with our standards.
Every intern at Zoe Techno is trained using both advanced AI technology and direct human guidance. You will learn from cutting-edge tools while being mentored by our team — because real abilities come from the combination of technology and human experience.
We believe internships should be meaningful, not a three-month tick-box exercise. Our programme runs for seven months — long enough to develop real skills, real confidence, and a real contribution to the company.
Interns at Zoe Techno do actual work — not filing and coffee runs. You will be embedded in live projects across company registration, IT, KDS operations, or business support, depending on your placement.
A structured seven-month journey — built around learning by doing, supported by AI tools and human mentors, and guided by our internal team.
Get acquainted with Zoe Techno's systems, culture, and tools. You will learn how we use AI alongside human expertise across every department — from client communication to internal operations. No prior knowledge needed.
You are placed in a specific department — CIPC services, IT support, KDS operations, or business administration. You take on real tasks, supervised and supported by our team and AI tools working together.
With foundations built, you begin contributing more independently — managing client requests, supporting operations, and using your combined AI and human training to handle tasks with reduced supervision.
Your programme concludes with a formal assessment of your contributions and growth. Outstanding interns are considered for continued engagement with Zoe Techno beyond the programme.
We are not looking for the most experienced candidate. We are looking for the most coachable one.
You ask questions, you explore, and you don't wait to be told twice. Technology moves fast — we need people who move with it.
You show up, you follow through, and you take your work seriously. Seven months is a commitment — we expect you to honour it.
You are comfortable using a smartphone and a computer. You don't need to know how to code — but you should be comfortable in a digital environment.
Our internship programme is currently open to South African residents. Remote or hybrid arrangements are considered depending on the role and your location.
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We don't have fixed intake cycles — if there is a fit, we move quickly.

We don't read resumes as a first step. Tell us about something you built, solved, or created. A project. A side hustle. A problem you fixed without being asked. That tells us more than any degree ever could.
Knowledge without demonstration is just information. We hire for application.
(You may be asked to provide a resume or basic details like your location and background at a later stage — but your CV is not the starting point. We want to know your passion and creativity first.)
If there is a potential fit, we will reach out within 5 business days. We may ask a few follow-up questions before inviting you to a brief online introduction call.
Is the internship paid? What are the hours? Can I do it remotely? — We address these on a case-by-case basis. Ask us directly and we will give you an honest answer.
While our current focus is on building talent through our internship programme, we are a growing company. Experienced roles will become available as we expand.
As Zoe Techno grows, we will open positions for experienced professionals in IT, sales, operations, and management. If you have experience and believe in our mission, stay connected — we will post those roles here when the time is right.

Many of our future experienced roles will be filled by interns who complete our programme and prove themselves. That is the Zoe Techno way — we grow our own people first, then look outside when needed.
